Time Flies . . .

Wow, I cannot believe that it is already November and my little girl is almost 2!

It is getting chilly out, but what can we complain about - I guess we live in MN. It is a pain getting the kids bundle and buckled in their carseats.

Here are some fun pics to share that I have on the computer right now. We have to busy. Not just busy running places, but also at home. Two kids is sure a change. I have a challenge getting anything done around the house. Emma has been a good big sister for the most part. She has her times, but can you blame her. I breaks my heart to tell her, not now, I need to feed Jonathan, etc. At the same time, I feel that I am not spending enought time with Jonathan. Oh, what to do. I guess just do my best!!
Here are some pics from Halloween:

Here's Tommy looking outside.

Demolition Derby, Great-Grandparents, Emma, Baby & 39 Weeks!

I am now 39 weeks along today. I thought forsure there would be a baby in my arms by now. I guess he is just not ready! As I am lying in bed today, I thought I would take a few minutes to update and add some pics. The only pics that I had handy were from the last bunch a put on a CD, so that is what I had to choose from. So, here we go. . . .

Demolition Derby. . . .
Derek was in two demos this summer. He was in the Wabasha County Demo and the Goodhue County derby. The pics below are from the demo in Goodhue County (I think it was Aug. 6th?)

This is what was left of Derek's truck after the Wabasha derby. This was taken right before leaving to Zumbrota for the derby. Nothing hardly left, right?

Some misc. pics. . . .

Here is Derek getting ready to accept his 2nd place trophy. My friend Emily has a PERFECT picture of him accepting it on her blog. http://www.nelson2007.blogspot.com./ I am sure it is farther down on her blog since she actually updates.

Emma . . . .

Here are some random pics of Emma at home one night.

She LOVES to be in all of the baby's toys and trying to wear baby clothes these days.

Happy Birthday, Great-Grandpa Arla!!

Here is Emma trying to feed the dinosaur to Uncle Chad.

Emma sneaking the frosting of the birthday cake.

Trying to get a pic of the cousins, but it looks like Emma is still more interested in eating the frosting!

The finished product!

I caught Uncle Ross and Emma still eating frosting later!

I hope that was enought to hold you over for awhile. I started feeling guilty because I know the next time I will probably get on here, there will be a little baby to also update about. I am waiting & trying to be very patient.
